I work at the Good Neighbours' Club, a drop-in centre for homeless and marginally housed men over 50 in downtown Toronto. As a small organization run on a shoestring, we have been incredibly fortunate to have Susan volunteer her time to help us with PR. She's been very generous - giving feedback on our website, getting us in the loop about Twitter and blogging, attending media events, and the list goes on. We're so lucky to have her, and it's great to see her get some recognition!
